At Karina, our menus don’t begin with what’s delivered to the kitchen—
they begin with what takes root in the soil.
Guided by a farm-to-table approach, we cook with produce from our own garden, fresh ingredients gathered daily or weekly from North Aegean markets, and carefully selected items from local, small-scale producers.
The olive oil we use at Karina is made from olives grown in the grove that surrounds us, cultivated with organic farming methods.
The fruit is hand-picked at its peak, gently handled, and cold-pressed on the same day.
The olive oil on your plate comes from the very trees around you.
That’s why our menu is never fixed—it shifts with the season, the ingredient, and the inspiration.
